We're on the hunt for a
Marketing Manager
to champion our brand, tell our stories, build systems that generate strong consistent leads rhythmically and oversee the conversion of those leads.
What You'll Do
This is a varied and rewarding role for a creative individual who loves people, play, and pixels. You'll work across marketing, digital content, and parent engagement to make sure our nurseries are full of happy families who love what we do.
Your Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
Develop and deliver fun, engaging local marketing campaigns to promote nursery places.
Manage advertising channels (Google Ads, local media, social media).
Support in the creation of flyers, brochures, and signage with support from our designer.
Content Creation & Social Media
Monitor and ensure the submission of visual content (photos, short videos, reels) showcasing daily nursery life (with appropriate permissions).
Write posts, blogs, newsletters, and website updates in a tone that's warm, professional, and parent-friendly.
Plan and manage a social media calendar to grow engagement and reach.
Lead Nurturing & Family Engagement
Ensure that all leads are followed up on and agreed goals met.
Keep CRM systems or lead trackers up-to-date, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent messaging.
Support parent events, open days, and community outreach with marketing materials and planning.
Brand Guardianship
Ensure all content, print, and digital output stays on-brand, friendly, and inclusive.
Look for new opportunities to tell our story and build community buzz.
Apply successfully for industry awards.

Skills and Experience
Experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or communications (nursery/education sector is a bonus!).
Strong written English and an eye for good design (Canva or Adobe tools helpful).
Confident using tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar.
Comfortable using a camera or phone for simple photo/video content.
Bonus: Experience using CRM software, or working in a parent-facing environment.
