Silver Lining Fostering is an Ofsted Outstanding fostering agency with a growing presence across London, the West Midlands, Manchester and surrounding regions. We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, communications, and brand strategy.

This role suits someone who understands how to tell meaningful stories, build trust in diverse communities, and use digital tools to drive real engagement. Strong written and spoken ability in either Urdu or Hindi is essential, as a key part of the role involves connecting with South Asian communities.

What you'll be doing

Leading the agency's marketing strategy and annual plans Creating high-quality content for social media, our website, blogs, newsletters, and recruitment materials Managing digital campaigns, SEO performance, and analytics Building relationships with community organisations, religious groups, and local partners Supporting recruitment events, presentations, and wider outreach activity Protecting and developing the Silver Lining brand across all platforms Reporting on campaign performance and supporting internal compliance requirements Working closely with the recruitment and social work teams to support the agency's growth

What we're looking for

Experience in marketing, digital media, communications, or a similar field Strong writing skills and confidence producing content for varied audiences Fluent written and spoken ability in

Urdu or Hindi

Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and social media management Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a fast-moving environment Cultural awareness and confidence engaging with South Asian communities A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, English, or another relevant subject (or equivalent experience)
Experience in fostering, social care, or the charity sector is desirable, though not essential.
