The Role
We're hiring a
Marketing Manager
to shape, execute, and elevate BehindLogin's marketing strategy. You'll own our marketing direction end-to-end, from brand positioning and campaign ideation through to delivery, measurement, and optimisation.
You'll develop
integrated marketing campaigns
that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, ensuring our work and insight reach the right audiences in the right way. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping how BehindLogin is perceived in the market and how we grow our client base.
We're
launching a SaaS platform in 2026, called Radar
, which brings self-service competitor research to any business. From global FS providers to local coffee shops, anyone will be able to log in and see what their competitors are doing, instantly and 24/7. As Marketing Manager, you'll shape the go-to-market strategy, build demand, and drive adoption from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing strategy for BehindLogin's Research business, Benchmark reports, and upcoming SaaS platform, Radar
Define where to play and how to win, setting clear objectives, priorities, and plans to achieve our business goals
Develop and deliver joined-up, high-impact campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships
Build and execute the full go-to-market plan for Radar, driving awareness, adoption, and long-term growth
Create standout content that captures our insight and expertise, working with leadership and researchers to tell compelling stories
Manage and continually improve the BehindLogin website, driving SEO performance, conversion, and overall brand experience
Implement content and design updates directly, and coordinate larger development work with our offshore dev team
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data and insight to optimise impact and guide decision-making
Maintain a clear content and campaign calendar aligned with commercial and product priorities
Collaborate closely with research, product, and sales teams to translate insight into powerful marketing activity
Manage external partners and freelancers to deliver creative, consistent, and high-quality outputs
Represent BehindLogin in marketing, PR, and industry events
What We're Looking For
5+ years in marketing with end-to-end campaign ownership
Proven SaaS go-to-market across pre-launch, launch, adoption, and growth
Product marketing across positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, and launch plans
Multi-channel delivery across digital, content, email, paid, events, and PR
Strong creative and strategic thinking with sharp, consistent messaging
Excellent writing and communication, including sales enablement assets
Lifecycle and CRM, including onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement
Demand generation, including funnel design, lead scoring, and conversion optimisation
Experimentation and analytics, including A/B testing, dashboards, and ROI reporting
Hands-on with HubSpot or similar, CMS, and analytics tools
Confident managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, and priorities
Collaborative with research, product, and sales to turn insight into action
Financial services or fintech experience preferred, not essential
Thrives in a small, fast-moving team with high standards and autonomy
