A graduate looking to prove themselves. Or An experienced Marketing manager who would come with greater experience and insight.

We will provide:

Product training (prior marketing experience or recent marketing education is essential)
Flexible hours for the right candidate but:

40 hours, Monday - Friday, 5 day working week.
Part time hours are possible at a min of 20hrs per week.

Duties



Work to to bring people to our stores as this is where we can make the greatest difference to peoples lives. Enhance online sales. Manage digital marketing channels: social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO optimisation, YouTube channel development and content creation. The creation of engaging content using image creation, editing and writing skills to enhance brand visibility. We aim for low volume & very high quality content via our social channels. To work closely with our in-house website content manager. Track results using Google Analytics, Hotjar, liaising closely with the sales teams, external agencies and other analysis tools to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
An understanding of paper and local editorial based marketing is particularly important (or an ability to research this area and learn quickly)

To self start - bring ideas to the table and be inventive about new ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
