The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. You will plan, execute, and refine campaigns that boost our online visibility, attract qualified leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and email marketing for multiple businesses.
Create, shoot, and edit engaging social media content independently, with TikTok and Instagram as primary focuses.
Manage daily posts in line with the marketing calendar and leverage trending social media sounds, memes, and content to increase engagement.
Optimise paid media campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media ads, and display advertising.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaign targeting.
Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing wasted spend.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and custom events.
Perform regular A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
Analyse campaign performance data and produce actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Build and nurture online communities, responding to reviews and sharing feedback with staff to boost performance.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and outreach.
Ensure a deep understanding of the brand's tone of voice and messaging.
Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in brand marketing.
Proven track record in social media and marketing, with a creative flair for content design.
Knowledge and passion for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and order delivery platforms.
Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement.
Ability to create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across PPC, SEO and social media.
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and drive for results.
Skilled in content creation, including video production and photography.
