Join world leading Imperial College London as our Marketing Manager (Campaigns and CRM) and lead the development and delivery of our cross-channel marketing strategy to support student recruitment in the UK and internationally.
This is a pivotal role within the Marketing team in the Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) Division, where you'll shape and coordinate impactful marketing campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and drive results.
What you would be doing

Leading the strategic development and delivery of Imperial's annual marketing campaigns for undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment.
Planning and managing global digital advertising campaigns and CRM communications across the full student journey.
Using data and insight to tailor messaging, improve engagement and optimise performance.
Collaborating across teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
Managing budgets, suppliers and a high performing team of marketing professionals.
What we are looking for

We're looking for someone who:
Has experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing CRM communications across the full marketing funnel.
Is confident in managing global digital advertising and using data to drive decision making.
Has strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
Can lead and inspire teams, and work collaboratively across departments.
Holds a degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
(Desirable) Holds a professional marketing qualification such as a CIM diploma.

This is a full-time post of not less than 35 hours a week for full time member of staff, with two fixed anchor days (Mondays and Thursdays) at Imperial's Professional Services Hub within MediaWorks in White City.
