Marketing Manager
to take our brand, content, and lead generation to the next level.
About The Role
You'll lead our marketing function day-to-day, shaping campaigns, refining our message, and creating a consistent pipeline of new opportunities. You'll be reporting to the Director and working closely with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator to design and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that scales our visibility and influence across the UK. You will also be supported by and collaborate with external partners and suppliers, such as marketing agencies, web developers, and professional photographers.
This is a hands-on, strategic role perfect for someone ready to build on momentum and lead an in-house team, while driving measurable commercial results.
The role includes potential future progression into a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director role in line with the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across web, SEO, email, social, and paid channels.
Create compelling content including case studies, blogs, white papers, and video stories showcasing our thought leadership and technical expertise.
Optimise the website for lead generation and conversion (with support from agencies/suppliers).
Oversee CRM management, data reporting, analytics, and marketing automation.
Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers (PR, creative, or digital agencies).
Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the marketing and competitor landscape within our niche.
Report on KPIs, marketing ROI, and lead generation performance to the Director.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for future product development, market development, and diversification ventures, with support from the Director.
Manage and mentor the Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
Manage and deliver the marketing function within budget.
About You
You'll be a creative, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a growing business. You'll combine hands-on digital marketing experience with the ability to think strategically and lead others.
Essential
3+ years in a B2B marketing role.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Confident in writing copy for professional audiences (LinkedIn, email, case studies).
Highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects.
Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities.
Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational tools.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
Experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and practices.
Effective communication skills in English with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Desirable:
Marketing experience in the environmental, construction, or property sectors.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
Some design or video content experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
