We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will report to the MD and be pro-active with their ideas and own the delivery. A deep understanding of marketing strategies, and a passion for digital marketing is a must. Reviewing the design of our website, a flair for graphic design, SEO, Adwords, local seminar organisation, Facebook & Social media just some of the ideas you will need to understand and bring!
Duties
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate new business & leads.
Manage and oversee all marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
Create compelling copy for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and increase lead generation.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a marketing management role.
Leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate with, motivate and guide team members.
Experience with digital marketing tools including Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Wix, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A solid understanding of IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing initiatives.
Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail.

Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
