The Role: Shape Our Marketing Future
Based in our vibrant Chippenham office (08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break), you'll report directly to the senior management team. As Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead strategy, execution, and innovation to accelerate growth. Collaborate across departments to craft compelling campaigns, refine our digital footprint, and turn ideas into results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Bing to maximize ROI
Crafting engaging articles and content for our websites
Developing bold marketing strategies and designing eye-catching materials
Partnering with department heads to align on business priorities
Managing and growing our social media channels
Handling customer reviews, securing fresh testimonials, and boosting our reputation
Creating graphics for online posts, leaflets, and campaigns (using tools like Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or Designer)
Brainstorming fresh ideas to propel business growth
Publishing high-impact content across digital platforms

Essential Qualities:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Affinity suite)
Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent
You'll need to reliably commute to Chippenham (or relocate before starting) for in-person work.
