We're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who can bring serious main character energy, local know-how and a sharp mind to help us fill the room with the right people, every night. You will be the one turning ideas into action, building the crowd before the doors open and keeping Circuit in front of mind and top of the feed.

What you'll be doing

Build Local Presence

You will create real world connections. From uni societies to local business and influencers your network will become the Circuit community. You'll turn conversations into ticket sales, partnerships, and into packed nights.

Own the Street Team

Lead a team of switched on, charismatic promo staff and manage our reps. You will set their targets, manage their output and make sure they're always where the next guest is.

Run the Channels

From Instagram to on the ground activations you will be responsible for keeping Circuit visible, relevant and always one step ahead. Keeping all campaigns on brand and engaging.

Drive the Sales Engine

Work closely with the sales managers to boost pre-bookings, private hires, and booth sales. You will spot opportunities early and move fast to fill the space with the right people.

Content and Systems

Keep FIXR, Collins, and all key platforms up to date. Track the data and tweak the plan. You're not just posting; you run the marketing at a venue level.

Support Events on the Ground

You are the face of the brand, you will be on site to make sure the activations run smoothly, content gets captured, and the guest experience lands.

Who you Are

You have worked in hospitality, late at night, events or marketing and have stories to prove it.

You're proactive, confident, and know how to make connections that count.

You've got a good eye for content and know your way around platforms like capcut and canva.

You're not afraid to lead a team and take ownership of the results.

You are energetic and thrive in a busy environment.

You understand how the crowd thinks, and you know how to get them through the door.
