We are seeking to employ a Marketing Manager to oversee and develop all marketing operations across the business. The role will be central to supporting business growth by identifying and developing opportunities for new branches, franchises, and distribution contracts, while ensuring consistent commercial performance across all locations.The role also involves analysing sales performance, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, and producing detailed reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. The postholder will have overall responsibility for managing branch-level marketing teams, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Working closely with the directors, the Marketing Manager will support the negotiation of new business contracts, ensure effective communication across all branches, and maintain consistency in service quality, branding, and commercial performance throughout the business.
Duties
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and develop opportunities for new branches, franchises, and distribution partnerships
Set sales targets and KPIs and monitor performance across the company.
Analyse sales data, marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer feedback
Manage and optimise CRM software to track customer relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing performance
Lead and support branch-level marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery of marketing activities
Improve product presentation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximise revenue
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys
Prepare detailed reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management
Support directors in negotiating new business contracts and partnerships
Ensure brand consistency, service quality, and commercial standards across all locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
Requirements
Experience in retail or distribution environments.
Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skill.
Ability to work closely with senior management and directors.
Strong experience using CRM software.
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and manage competing deadlines.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail while managing several projects at once.
