The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Marketing Manager
to bring the Cottesmore brand to life. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with department heads, you will manage social media, digital campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day marketing activity, acting as a
brand ambassador
,
brand guardian
, and someone who truly lives and breathes the Cottesmore brand. This is a practical, delivery-focused role--perfect for someone who loves getting creative and seeing results.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver marketing campaigns and communications that reflect the Cottesmore brand.
Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including content creation (posts, videos, photos) and community engagement.
Maintain and update the website, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate photography, video, and other creative assets to showcase our facilities and experiences.
Support the promotion of key revenue areas: hotel stays, weddings, spa breaks, memberships, events, and dining.
Act as a brand ambassador and guardian: ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints, supporting colleagues to adopt and uphold our brand standards.
Stay up to date with trends and advancements in social media and marketing to ensure Cottesmore remains competitive and efficient in all marketing activity.
Collaborate closely with team members across departments to deliver and improve the customer brand experience.
About You
Creative, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, familiar with tools such as Canva.
Experienced in hospitality marketing, ideally with at least 2 years in a similar role.
A natural collaborator who communicates effectively and works well with colleagues.
Passionate about living and breathing the brand, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused approach.
