We have an opportunity within HSBC Channel Islands (CIIOM) business for a Marketing Manager - Digital.
The HSBC marketing team's goal is to contribute to customer growth, drive improvements in HSBC brand equity and increase customer value and satisfaction by supporting the Digital Marketing programmes that deliver customer and business outcomes, for both our local customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and our international customers in HSBC Expat.

In this role you will:The planning, implementation, reporting and optimisation of Digital Marketing activities, grounded in data insights and elevated through creativity and innovation Delivering digital marketing projects to time, budget and quality to achieve the desired outcomes and measure performance against target Working closely with business teams, to develop digital marketing activity proactively as well as in response to business briefs, gaining support and buy-in Measuring and optimising end to end digital customer journeys based on digital analytics, insights and best practices Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and communicate our market proposition for our target audience alongside building effective working relationships with external agencies/suppliers.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:Possess the relevant level of marketing experience gained from an agency or client-side setting with a thorough understanding of digital channels is essential. Financial services experience would be a bonus. Actively manage and develop activities and all associated costs and budgets related to paid media services is essential Experience of utilising digital analytics reports and customer insights to drive optimisation and outcome performance is essential Have strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously and manage conflicting priorities accordingly is essential. Adopts agile ways of working and think innovatively to help shape new concepts in order to drive business value streams.

This role is based in the Channel Islands - Jersey. To comply with local Right to Work regulations this role is open to CIIOM residents only.
