Job Description

Denbies Wine Estate Ltd, one of England's largest vineyards, is currently recruiting for an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Manager.

Beyond wine production, we are also a visitor attraction and tourism destination, for destination weddings, 17 Bedroom Vineyard Hotel, Hospitality, Catering, Retail, Corporate Events and Tours, Tastings and Events, to name a few.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of online campaigns that showcase our destinations and experiences. You'll use your analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and creative flair to manage multi-channel strategies -- from social media and paid advertising to content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote destinations, events, and hospitality offerings.

Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow community engagement. Create visually engaging assets using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva). Oversee and optimize Shopify websites and online booking platforms to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates. Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting dashboards. Manage email marketing, paid search, and display campaigns to achieve key KPIs. Collaborate with hospitality partners and local businesses to align marketing efforts and deliver impactful destination storytelling. Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative ways to reach new audiences. Working closely with Senior Managers to enable them to achieve their targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years' experience in digital marketing, in destination marketing or hospitality. Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and analytics. Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies. Proficient in graphic design (Canva). Excellent written and visual communication skills. Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position, working 5 days out of 7. This role will also include occasional weekends and evenings.
