NQA is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Team and shape the future of our brand. In this role, you'll oversee daily marketing operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver digital and social campaigns that drive growth and elevate NQA's market presence. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid role, based at our head office in Dunstable.

Strategy
Develop and deliver annual growth and brand marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Create and manage content and campaign plans to engage customers, prospects, and key stakeholders.
Management
Oversee the marketing budget and ensure all activities are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Lead and support the marketing team, driving high performance and clear direction.
Manage the Associate Partnership Program (APP) to strengthen partner engagement.
Market Analysis
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Day-to-Day Delivery
Ensure consistent, high-quality content to support lead generation and business growth.
Plan and execute marketing activities including digital campaigns, PR, events, webinars, and communications.
Maintain and optimise digital platforms (website, social media, PPC, SEO) and report on marketing performance.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and effective brand delivery.
Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a recognised professional marketing qualification.
Extensive experience across key marketing disciplines, including advertising, PR, direct marketing, events, promotional materials, digital marketing, and website management.
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.
Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate strategic marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, SurveyMonkey) is desirable.
