Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that enhance our brand, attract new clients, and engage existing clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to measure and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website content. Plan and execute advertising, PR, and promotional campaigns to build brand awareness. Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, and client communications. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and maximum ROI. Organise events, seminars, or webinars to engage clients and promote services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in professional services. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
