Role Overview
The
EMEA Marketing Manager
will lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for ERA Group's services across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will adapt and activate the global marketing strategy for regional relevance, supporting both corporate-led campaigns and local franchise partner initiatives. You will be a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to work across multiple markets, industries, and cultural contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Localise and implement ERA Group's global marketing strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
Develop and manage the EMEA marketing calendar, integrating sector, service, and thought leadership campaigns.
Provide marketing guidance and toolkits for franchise partners to support their own demand generation activities.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, direct marketing) to increase brand awareness and generate opportunities.
Oversee the creation and localisation of content including case studies, reports, videos, and sector insights for EMEA audiences.
Manage event and webinar marketing for the region, ensuring high-quality promotion, registration, and follow-up.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary marketing contact for EMEA regional leadership and franchise partners, ensuring campaigns are understood, adopted, and supported.
Collaborate closely with consultants and category specialists to source content, client stories, and market insights.
Coordinate with external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Track key marketing KPIs such as engagement, lead conversion rates, and partner adoption.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to ERA Group's brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Budget Management
Manage the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned to strategic priorities and delivers measurable ROI.
Track and report on budget utilisation, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising campaign quality.
Evaluate and approve supplier and agency costs, ensuring value for money and contract compliance.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consultancy, or a franchise/network-based model.
Strong campaign management skills, from planning to execution and reporting.
Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and languages in EMEA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, Adobe Suite).
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
Experience in cost optimisation, procurement, or supply chain-related industries.
Familiarity with franchise partner enablement and account-based marketing.
Competence in additional European languages.
