Act as the practice's "brand ambassador" in the community by identifying and managing partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations. Plan and promote practice events, such as open houses, "Smile Makeover" contests, or sponsorship of local sports teams. Develop and manage a patient referral program to incentivize word-of-mouth marketing.

Traditional Marketing & Internal Collaboration:

Oversee the creation of all print and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and direct mail campaigns. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and SEO agencies. Work closely with the front office team to ensure a seamless patient journey from initial contact (phone call, website form) to their first appointment. Train front desk staff on how to effectively handle new patient inquiries generated from marketing efforts.

Analysis & Reporting:

Track key marketing metrics, including new patient numbers, source of new patients (e.g., Google search, Facebook, referral), website traffic, and campaign ROI.
