We are looking for a driven

Marketing Manager

to take ownership of marketing and brand across the Novello Group, one of the UK's fastest growing surveying and professional services firms.

You will lead the full marketing mix across digital, brand and offline, while being hands on with SEO and PPC. This is an opportunity to shape how a fast scaling group is seen by thousands of clients, agents and partners each month.

About the Role

You will sit at the heart of our growth team, working closely with the CEO, Sales Manager and Strategic Partnerships lead to drive enquiries, brand awareness and client engagement. You will plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across every channel, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the marketing strategy across the Novello Group brands Manage and optimise SEO and PPC performance including Google Ads and Meta Oversee digital content and social media to strengthen our brand and lead generation Manage and allocate marketing spend across channels to maximise ROI Plan and run campaigns for print, direct mail, flyers and sponsorships Work with designers and our in house videographer to produce impactful creative assets Track analytics and performance, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership Support the launch of new products, acquisitions and service rollouts Ensure brand consistency across all client and partner touchpoints

About You

Proven experience in SEO, PPC and digital campaign management Strong understanding of brand marketing, creative and messaging Comfortable owning a budget and deciding where spend should go Able to balance hands on delivery with strategic thinking Confident working across multiple brands or business units Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and improvement Ideally experienced in a professional services, property or B2C service business
