Location Fareham

Salary 34,000 per annum

Full time 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: 12 months fix term contract - Maternity cover starting in January 2026

Future Fit has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager. You'll be leading a well-established, diverse team within our Marketing and Creative Department, driving marketing efforts across videography, design, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, website management, events, and partnerships. This role will see you working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategies that support our business objectives and drive growth for our core brand, Future Fit Training, a leading provider of Health, Fitness, and Nutrition education in the B2C space.

As our Marketing Manager, you will take charge of planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects, guiding your team to excel while ensuring smooth and efficient execution. You'll be hands-on in analysing performance, making data-driven improvements, and fostering collaboration across different areas of the business to achieve remarkable results.

You will join a high-performing, multi-discipline Marketing and Creative Department, leading by example, and empowering your team to excel. The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week at our Fareham office, where you'll be surrounded by forward-thinking, passionate people.

Essential



Demonstrable experience in a multi-discipline or general marketing leadership role
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail & accuracy

Able to prioritise workload effectively Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team success High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation Experience of website content management systems (CMS) e.g. WordPress Experience managing a paid advertising budget Exceptional stakeholder communication skills Strong leadership and collaborative skills Comfortable pitching ideas to management and understand what is good for the brand and driving revenue A 'make it happen' kind of attitude
