Job Overview


Since 2007, Field Day has been the UK's leading electronic music festival. We're looking for a brilliant, energetic and engaged Marketing Manager to drive our multi-channel marketing strategy and take the festival even further.

Are you a driven, self-motivated person with a creative flair and a talent for building and executing campaigns? Do you have a passion for dance music and festivals, with experience leading social, CRM/email, and performance marketing strategies?

This role is about owning the festival's marketing campaign end-to-end: managing agencies and partners, ensuring campaigns land across social, email, paid, PR and influencer channels, and reporting results to the wider team.

Role Objectives



Lead the marketing and communications plan for Field Day across all channels. Take ownership of campaign reporting, and performance analysis. Manage agencies and partners (media, PR, design, influencers) to deliver campaigns on time and on brand. Drive ticket sales and audience growth through creative and targeted campaigns. Ensure best practice in CRM/email marketing, segmentation and reporting. Oversee paid media activity across social, search and display.

Responsibilities



Devise and execute the annual marketing plan across social and CRM/email Collaborate with the paid media team to oversee and optimise the paid ads campaign. Own the content calendar and work with the senior marketing manager on the campaign timeline. Manage agency relationships (media, PR, digital, influencers), briefing and monitoring performance. Lead on campaign reporting: analysis of sales, engagement and ROI. Oversee creative content production, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance. Input into wider brand partnerships and sponsorships. Be responsible for all inbound and outbound communications from our official platforms and inbox. Brief the relevant in house teams to create video content for use across socials & on our website. Create static assets using appropriate tools like InShot, Adobe, Canva.

Skills & Experience



4+ years in marketing, ideally in events, festivals or music. Proven experience owning multi-channel campaigns. Skilled in social media, CRM/email, paid media and influencer partnerships. Strong agency management experience. Excellent copywriting, organisational and reporting skills.

Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
