Marketing Manager for Fishergate Shopping Centre, Preston

Job Title:

Marketing Manager: a creative and enthusiastic individual to plan and deliver the marketing strategy, drive footfall, grow retail sales, support tenants, and wow our visitors!

Location:

Centre Management, Fishergate Shopping Centre, Fishergate, Preston, PR1 8HJ.

Fishergate Shopping Centre is fully let and encompasses 40 plus stores including Primark, TK Maxx, Sports Direct, Poundland and TJ Hughes. The Shopping Centre also has a high proportion of independent 'owner-managed' stores that create a point of difference and local flavour to the overall community offer.

Reporting to:

Centre Manager, or Facilities Manager in their absence.

Employment:

A permanent Part-Time or Full-time appointment. This is a site-based role working up to 37 hours per week, including occasional weekends and evening work as directed by the Marketing Plan.

Salary (based upon Full-Time Position):

28,000 to 33,000pa

Brief Overview of the Role

Working closely with the Centre Manager and as a key part of the centre management team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of marketing strategy, presentation of the marketing budget, and submission of monthly reports to confirm activity is on track with agreed metrics.

The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the centre management team, retail tenants, supply partners, and local stakeholders to communicate the values of the brand; and promote the Fishergate Shopping Centre as the 'Go To' place people want to visit when making a journey to Preston City Centre.

We seek an experienced individual who is creative, commercially astute; strategic, and fully hands-on; a true self-starter with a passion for community engagement and creating local impact!
