Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing channels.
Conduct SEO optimisation and utilise Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and optimise results.
Lead content creation including copywriting for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Manage website content using WordPress and ensure website optimisation for search engines.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to enhance marketing materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Organise and manage projects related to product launches, campaigns, and events.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain organisational efficiency through effective time management and project organisation skills.
Qualifications
Experience in a marketing or management-related role.
Basic to good knowledge of online marketing tools such as SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Ability to use common software and systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), simple design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop), WordPress, and general IT systems.
Good written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and engaging marketing content.
Some experience or understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing and communication.
Ability to review marketing data and reports to support planning and decision-making.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage routine tasks and multiple activities within agreed timeframes.
Ability to work well with others, communicate clearly in English (written and spoken), and contribute positively to team activities.
