Role Overview
We are not seeking a social media manager. We're looking for a
strategic marketer trained in diagnosis, targeting, positioning, and campaign execution
. Your mission is to develop a full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategy to:
Increase brand salience
Grow key services
Support the rollout of franchise clinics
Immediate Objectives for 2026
Grow personal training and fitness services by 50%
Grow babies and women's health services to 20% of business (80k revenue)
Grow online and offline products with hybrid courses
Build strategy applicable to future franchises
Ultimate goal
Build a brand that makes "My Pain Clinic" as synonymous with pain relief as Specsavers is with vision
Reduce the UK's 20bn MSK burden by bringing outcome-focused care to high streets nationwide
Grow the Osteopathic profession by building a clinical apprenticeship and franchise model
