Real Estate, Travel, Lifestyle and Client Marketing

The Role:



We are seeking an experienced, multi-discipline

Marketing Manager

to take ownership of both online and offline marketing output across the group. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is central to shaping, executing and elevating our brand presence as we enter our next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both strategic and executional levels, and who understands the mindset required to work effectively within a small, ambitious luxury business.

Key Responsibilities:



Brand & Content

Own and manage the content calendar across the group businesses

Create and oversee high-quality content aligned to our luxury positioning

Ensure consistency of tone, visual identity and messaging across all channels

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture stories, launches and client-facing moments

Social Media

Manage multiple social media accounts, primarily

Instagram and LinkedIn



Plan, create and publish engaging organic content

Oversee paid social activity where appropriate, working with external support if required

Track performance, analyse insights and refine content strategy accordingly

Digital Marketing

Support and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid)

Work with external partners where required on PPC, paid social or SEO

Monitor performance metrics and report on effectiveness

Website & Blog

Light-touch website management, including uploading content and updates

Coordinate and publish regular blog posts and editorial content

Ensure website content remains current, polished and on-brand

Offline & Client Marketing

Support offline marketing initiatives including print materials, brochures and presentations

Assist with client marketing, events and brand activations as required

Work closely with senior leadership to support launches and new initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile, your skills & experience:



Essential



Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally within luxury, property, lifestyle or travel sectors

Strong experience managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram and LinkedIn essential)

Excellent working knowledge of

Canva

and its capabilities

Solid content marketing experience, both visual and written

Understanding of digital marketing, including organic and paid activity

Experience updating websites and uploading blog content

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable



Experience working in a small or founder-led business

Confidence working across multiple brands or business lines

An eye for design, brand and luxury presentation
