-- and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn that into a brand people recognise, trust, and choose.
Flexiss manages 28 self storage stores across the UK under two brands. We've opened more new stores in the last three years than any other UK self storage company, and we have a strong pipeline for further growth. That means marketing isn't a "nice to have" here, it's central to how we grow.

You'll own the marketing direction end-to-end, from concept to execution to results, working from our Wilmslow office as part of a small, friendly, growing team.
What you'll own
Brand + offline (Awareness)
Develop and strengthen our brand and product presence across our locations: make us visible, memorable, and trusted.
Create and run offline campaigns: out-of-home, leaflet drops done properly, direct mail, community noticeboards, events, sponsorships, partnerships.
Build community and partner relationships: estate agents, removals, universities, SMEs, trades, charities, local influencers/creators, councils and business groups.
Improve the on-site experience: signage, merchandising, local messaging, referral prompts, customer journey touches -- the stuff that makes people think "this looks trustworthy and professional".
Own brand consistency: tone of voice, look and feel, campaign themes, and local adaptation without brand chaos.
Digital performance (turn awareness into enquiries)
Plan and run digital marketing strategies that drive enquiries into stores.
Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads and other platforms as appropriate) as well as SEO, landing pages, and conversion improvements.
Write strong copy for ads, web, email, social and in-store materials.
Design graphical content as required to bring messaging to life.
Measurement + learning
Track performance using GA and other tools; report clearly and improve ROI.
Use simple tests: creative variations, local experiments, offer positioning, messaging to continually improve.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
Proven marketing experience with real ownership of campaigns and outcomes.
Confident communicator and copywriter (clear, persuasive English).
Comfortable producing creative: briefs, visuals, messaging, and brand consistency.
Organised enough to manage multiple projects without losing quality.
Strongly valued (because this is where we want to win)
Experience in
offline marketing and brand awareness
-- especially local and multi-site.
Partnership marketing / community engagement.
Experience making a "practical" product feel appealing and human.
Nice-to-haves
B2C and B2B experience.
Familiarity with PPC/SEO platforms and reporting.
