Job Summary

Double Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Heathfield, East Sussex. We've doubled in size over the last year and are continuing to expand as we take on more clients and bigger projects. We're a young, ambitious team of six working in a fast-paced, creative environment where attention to detail and quality of work really matter.

We're looking for a confident and motivated

Marketing Manager

to join our team. You'll manage client projects, communicate directly with clients, deliver hands-on marketing tasks, and help support our team as we continue to grow. Hybrid working is

optional

once trained, but you must be able to commute to our Heathfield office at least 2 days per week once trained.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver client marketing projects end-to-end. Onboard and offboard clients professionally and efficiently. Act as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication. Liaise with the sales team for seamless client handovers. Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms. Edit videos and photos using

any editing platform/software

you prefer. Design simple marketing graphics and promotional assets. Make basic website updates (WordPress or similar). Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Attend or supervise client content shoots when required. Support and help develop our marketing apprentice. Monitor project performance and provide updates.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years minimum experience in a marketing role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Confident video/photo editing skills. Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Basic experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a bonus. Highly organised, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work both independently and as part of a growing team.

Location & Working Style

Must be able to commute to our office in Heathfield, East Sussex. - Driving Licence Essential. Ideally based locally (East Sussex and surrounding areas).

Hybrid working is available once trained.

Pay: 24,000.00-29,000.00 per year
