Marketing Manager - High End Hospitality Operator ** Growing Business **
Location: Manchester City Centre

Hesketh James are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join a forward-thinking, fast-growing high end hospitality operator who are taking the industry by storm and show no signs of slowing down!
Forget the boring corporate campaigns and all that's been done before; this is about setting yourself apart from other operators and how the brand is seen in the world through genius campaigns, impactful creative marketing that'll shake things up and get everyone talking. With that in mind, we're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager with bold, creative and fresh ideas with a willingness to get stuck in. You'll need to be super organised, with the ability to lead a strong, passionate and fun marketing team.
About you:

• 3+ years in a senior marketing role within the luxury/premium hospitality industry
• Proven experience across brand, content, PR, digital and paid campaigns
• Obsessed with high-quality leads, but always up for a wild idea!
• A confident copywriter with a strong eye for design.
• Knows your way around CRMs, analytics and marketing tools
• Great at juggling lots of projects without dropping the ball
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)
• Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review,
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills--comfortable working cross-functionally,
• A creative thinker who's passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing,
• Confident analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Salary & package:
The salary for this role is up to 45,000 per annum plus benefits.
