We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months to shape and deliver marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and bring our purpose to life. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll balance strategy with delivery -- managing events, campaigns, and content across multiple channels while collaborating closely with our talented design and communications teams.



Core Responsibilities



Strategy and Campaigns

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth. Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a consistent, cohesive brand message.


Events and Projects

Own the marketing events calendar -- from large-scale conferences to client and partner showcases. Manage logistics, merchandise, and event materials to ensure seamless execution. Work with the design team to create high-impact branded materials and experiences.


Content and Social Media

Create and approve content for campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, and video assets. Manage Cappfinity's LinkedIn and YouTube channels, building our brand presence and audience engagement. Track and report on social media performance and campaign impact.


Email Marketing and PR

Plan and deliver engaging email campaigns for global audiences. Coordinate award submissions and PR activities with internal stakeholders and external PR partners.


Budget and Insights

Manage marketing budgets, track spend and monitor ROI.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

Key Skills and Experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent project and time management -- able to handle multiple deadlines with ease. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance. Creativity and attention to detail in campaign and content development. Collaborative team player who enjoys working across teams and geographies. * Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services, HR, or talent-related sectors.
