Your Role

Not only are we growing, but we are also investing in the growth, refinement and deployment of our brand within the Home market. With this comes an opportunity to join the UK marketing team as we continue the journey of growing our brand.


We are seeking a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager who will support in localising and executing a globally defined strategy for the Home segment. This role is the perfect combination between strategy, ideas and execution.





While the overall brand strategy is established at our HQ, you will work with UK Marketing Director who responsible for adapting it to the local market, using data insights to ensure maximum effectiveness. You will lead our Home segment, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with and support our sales objectives. From managing integrated campaigns to overseeing communications across digital, social, and traditional platforms, you will spearhead brand growth and market success in the country for your area of responsibility.



To be successful in the role you will need to reside within reach of Technogym London and be available for travel to our UK headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire (3 to 4 times per month).
Your Impact

What you will do:


Lead the HOME go-to-market strategy and brand awareness activity

in line with the HQ strategy, considering industry evolution and corporate strategy; use market insights and data analytics to adapt, optimise, and refine tactics to address specific local consumer and commercial needs.

Work alongside Sales leadership to align on revenue targets, designing integrated marketing plans

that effectively drive leads, orders, and sales for the segment.

Develop and deliver the marketing plan

with the correct mix of campaigns, initiatives, and events to achieve targets for brand awareness, leads, revenues, margins, and profitability.

Manage and clearly measure marketing investments

and allocate financial resources among business-building activities to generate profitable growth, collaborating with the Sales team on product business cases.

Ensure effective local market launches

by combining marketing activities and creating partnerships with key industry influencers, following HQ Marketing guidelines.

Maximise performance, defining and implementing Technogym's brand identity

and coordinating online/offline campaigns through social channels, PR, and press office.

The go-to-person central point for all home marketing activities

(PR / Events / Advertising / Affiliate / Partnerships / Ambassadors / Digital)

Support, identify, establish and grow partnerships

that align with the brand's values and resonate with Technogym consumers (brands, prescribers, influencers)

Plan, execute and manage the PR agency

with idea, activities and outputs against set coverage KPI's

Develop ideas and strategies to build

strong consumer relationships and encourage brand loyalty (VIP events, hospitality, Technogym Village visits)

Develop, deploy and measure publisher activity

focused on in-target publications and print and digital strategy

Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

using relevant metrics and key performance indicators and generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an engaging and highly motivated people manager, with a high degree of empathy.



What you should bring:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is preferable 7 years+ in consumer marketing, brand management, or related roles - experience in developing partnerships, relationship & agency management Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder simultaneously is required to be successful in this role Experience within premium brands and an intrinsic understanding of premium/luxury Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, but focused on execution and action Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and social media management tools. (Salesforce, Google Analytics) Familiarity with current consumer marketing trends Brand orientation Results-driven, hands-on operator A passion for sport/fitness/wellness Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer
