Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) is recruiting for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our busy team.



We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Marketing Manager to manage the online marketing initiatives as well as the delivery of market research, purchasing profile analysis and actively enhancing company online and offline research to improve leads and sales.



Key responsibilities of the role include:


Provide managerial support to Web/Marketing team and consultants to ensure the effective day to day running of activities. Provide an analytical approach - implement, maintain, report, research and analysis on competitors, market trends, demographics of purchasers and marketing strategies that develop. Oversee management and design of successful eMarketing campaigns. Provide and establish marketing goals based on past performance, current targets and market forecasts. Assist and implement tracking of sales and marketing data on a weekly and reporting basis. Provide and stay updated with SEO, AI market research, Social Media and Online Marketing knowledge.

The successful candidate will:


Be educated to SCQF level 8 or have relevant Marketing skills and experience. Be target driven and highly motivated and prepared to work on a 'hands on' approach with an in house team and external marketing partners. Experience of both brand building and lead generation across multiple social media platforms and techniques, search engine advertising, website and landing page optimisation, adwords, direct marketing e-tools, print media and messaging, online and physical advertising. Be highly organised, be able to work under pressure. Be flexible and adaptable approach. Have excellent IT skills - MS Office, highly competent with using the internet to research. Have the ability to act on own initiative, be a strong problem solver and focused on getting results through your marketing know-how.
