In this role, you would lead on our B2B marketing, across Lettings, Corporate Client Services, and Block and Estate Management. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives, attracting and retaining customers. This role also contributes to strategic brand initiatives.
Please note, this role is 30 hours per week and is based in Keynsham.

Key responsibilities of the role:
Marketing Planning:
Create multi-channel marketing plans that deliver on business unit goals: driving awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
Align plans with business unit leads and optimise based on activity and business performance.
Use target audience understanding, customer insight, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop marketing strategy and plans and improve campaign effectiveness.
Marketing Communications:
Plan, build and execute campaigns across various channels, including website, blog, email, organic and paid social, branch collateral, direct mail, and events (webinars and seminars).
Leverage marketing platforms and tools to deliver campaigns effectively.
Brand champion:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing materials and channels.
Support internal brand engagement and training initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics:
Establish KPIs to evaluate marketing activity performance. Regularly track, analyse, and report on campaign results and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
Collaboration and stakeholder management:
Work closely with marketing colleagues, business unit leadership, and wider cross-functional teams to align marketing activities and deliver the plan.
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as service innovation, or customer experience improvements.
Budget Management:
Manage marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing activities.
Monitor spend, track ROI, and report on marketing performance to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as a hands-on Marketing Manager or similar role across B2B
Experience in property or housing sector (preferred but not essential).
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience of using tools, including CMS, email platform, and design tools, such as Canva.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Experience with email marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.
