Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity

cover, with potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will support Head of

Sales & Marketing in driving our marketing strategy and execution across digital, brand, and

campaign activity to drive growth, engagement, and awareness. The ideal candidate will

possess a strong blend of management skills, creativity, and analytical abilities to develop and

implement effective digital marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B

marketing, SEO, along with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms.



This is a full-time remote role based on minimum three days in our office in Leeds and offers the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. For the right candidate, we would be open to offering a fully remote arrangement, with occasional visits to the office.



As a passionate and knowledgeable marketing professional, you'll thrive in a fast-paced digital

environment. With a proactive mindset, you'll quickly build and nurture strong relationships

with both existing and new clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients with

their marketing strategies and collateral to effectively promote NuBreed's products and

services. You'll also help shape and execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive sales

growth and strengthen our market position.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and own strategies to drive sales and build strong client engagement. Deploy successful marketing campaigns, taking complete ownership from concept to

execution.

Create engaging content for clients to use across various platforms, including websites,

social media and email marketing.

Utilise Figma (or similar platform) for designing marketing materials that resonate with

target audience.

Take ownership of automating marketing processes through systems like

ActiveCampaign.

Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Build strategic relationships and partner with key business and industry stakeholders,

agencies and vendors, leveraging all possible marketing opportunities

Analyse customer behaviour and trends and adjust campaigns accordingly. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, report campaign ROI,

and provide regular KPI updates.

Management of corporate branding / design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall

business goals.
