Over the last year, Leeds College of Building has transformed our brand and marketing strategy. Our new focus is to connect with new audiences, raise awareness for careers in construction and tackle the skills shortage head on. .




To help us drive this bold new direction, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who inspires creativity and is a champion for our college values. In this role, you will work across multiple disciplines to shape our campaigns and tell our story. You'll work closely with our passionate stakeholders, and ensure our brand remains consistent, impactful and motivational. .




You'll be in good company, our marketing team is full of specialists and as part of this team you'll drive collaboration, enthusiasm and direction. From design and content to communications and digital, you'll lead a team of experts and create a culture where they can thrive. .




You might not know much about LCB but being the only further education construction college in the UK, and the CTEC for Yorkshire and Humber, we lead the industry on innovation, sustainability and produce the next generation of leaders in one of the most prosperous industries in the country.
