We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to develop innovative campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse marketing projects, coordinate teams, and utilise data-driven analysis to optimise performance across multiple channels.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management Lead content creation, including copywriting for various platforms and campaigns Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools to inform future strategies Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives Oversee website management using WordPress and ensure content is optimised for search engines (SEO) Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to enhance brand visibility Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities in B2B marketing and B2B outreach programmes Lead the organisation of promotional events, webinars, and other outreach activities Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Foster strong communication within the team and with external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution

Experience



Proven experience in management roles within marketing environments, ideally with a focus on digital channels Demonstrable expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing platforms Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel), and IT tools relevant to marketing operations Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a track record of successful campaign delivery Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Outstanding communication skills in English with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing Organisational skills coupled with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
