Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) Company Ltd is a wholesale confectionery and bakery Company supplying hundreds of food businesses across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

We are a small family-owned Company, passionate about providing bespoke tailor-made products and we are proud that our clients include numerous well-known ice cream brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to a fast-moving transformational food and beverage manufacturing business.

This is a standalone lead opportunity, with the support from a Marketing Assistant, so we are looking for someone who can take a hands-on role and deliver as an all-rounder.

This pivotal role to our business, will manage all of our marketing channels to our prospective and existing customers and support our global reach, as we open the doors to new strategic opportunities in 2026. Key to this will be driving impactful and engaging communication coverage and produce high quality content that makes our marketing more relevant to our existing and prospective customers across the UK, Europe and the Middle East markets. You will be responsible for:

Developing and leading the Marketing strategy. Ensuring adherence to corporate brand identity standards & that of sub brands (e.g. Bling) across all internal & external communication platforms. Driving SEO engagement across all channels. Developing creative briefs & guide creative direction to meet objectives for all public facing communications, including print, digital and video assets. Leading on the planning of tradeshows & exhibitions attended by the Company. Appointing & managing creative agencies and retainer partners. Localising our website to align to the major languages of Europe. Working in hand with our US and Thai business on coordinated activities and be part of the global rebranding of the business.

Skilled in developing campaigns across digital channels with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, able to adapt tone for different audiences. Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Whilst experience of working within a similar role in the food manufacturing industry would be desirable, it is not essential.

Working Hours 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Based from Sherburn in Elmet, LS25 6PJ.

Following induction, up to 2 days a week can be offered to work from home.
