With over 40 years industry experience our aim is to offer customers the best advice when choosing a boiler, maintaining their heating system or servicing their boiler by offering them the most accurate, impartial advice. We bring the best products on the market, combined with the best warranties, to help our customers decide which new boiler and heating system is best for them and their home. We aim to install all boilers as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) and protect their heating systems for over 10 years.'

Role Overview

BeSure Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven

Marketing Manager

to lead and scale our digital marketing function. This role is critical to accelerating business growth, improving lead quality, reducing cost per acquisition, and strengthening brand reputation across all channels.

You will take ownership of paid media, automation, review management, and partner lead generation while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan, execute, and optimise

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns

Manage and scale

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Retargeting) Drive consistent, high-quality lead flow while reducing

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Build and manage

retargeting campaigns

across all digital channels

Marketing Automation & CRM



Design and manage

email marketing

journeys Implement

SMS and WhatsApp automation

across the customer lifecycle Improve conversion rates through automation, sequencing, and follow-ups Integrate marketing activity with CRM and sales pipelines

Brand & Reputation Management



Own and manage review platforms including

Google Reviews

and

Trustpilot

Implement strategies to increase review volume and maintain high ratings Monitor, respond to, and manage brand reputation across digital channels Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications

Budget & Performance Management



Manage marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability Track performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Continuously test, analyse, and refine campaigns to maximise efficiency Produce clear performance reports for senior management

Partnerships & Affiliates



Work closely with

lead-generation partners and affiliates

Monitor lead quality and performance by source Optimise partner relationships to improve volume and conversion quality

Creative & Growth Strategy



Drive creative testing across ads, messaging, and funnels Contribute ideas and strategy to support overall business growth Identify new channels, tools, and opportunities to scale efficiently
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in

performance marketing

and lead generation Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads and Google Ads

Hands-on experience with

email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing automation

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience managing marketing budgets and improving CPA Understanding of brand reputation management and online reviews Commercial awareness and ability to align marketing with revenue growth
