Marketing Manager

to elevate our brand presence and drive demand through strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives.

About the Role



We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager

with

a minimum of 4 years' experience

in marketing, ideally within digital and multichannel environments. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can analyze market trends, build effective campaigns, and drive brand visibility across various platforms -- all with the goal of supporting vehicle sales and customer engagement at Cargem.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Cargem's business objectives. Lead SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and drive quality traffic to our vehicle listings and website. Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with consistent brand messaging and engaging content. Plan and execute integrated multichannel marketing campaigns (email, digital, print). Track and optimize marketing performance using

Google Analytics

and other analytics platforms. Create compelling content including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns tailored to car buyers. Collaborate with sales teams to support B2B and retail marketing efforts. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of automotive trends. Design marketing assets using

Adobe Creative Suite

for digital and print campaigns. Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline operations. Monitor e-commerce performance and support strategies that drive online vehicle inquiries and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum of 4 years' proven experience

in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital and multichannel strategies. Proficient in SEO techniques and digital marketing best practices. Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising (especially Facebook Ads). Experience developing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns. Familiarity with B2B marketing and advertising sales strategies. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience managing websites using

WordPress

; basic HTML knowledge is a plus. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Strong research and analytical skills to guide campaign direction. Proficient with

Google AdWords

, Google Analytics, and performance measurement tools. Experience in the automotive industry is a

plus

, but not required. Budget management and campaign ROI tracking experience.
