As Za'ta grows across London, we're building a team to grow with us. We're looking for a

Performance Marketing & Content Manager

who can take our strategy, brandbook, and ideas and bring them to life across digital channels with creativity, precision, and measurable impact.

The Role



This role blends

performance marketing expertise

with

hands-on content execution

. You'll plan, run, and optimise

digital ad campaigns

build influencer partnerships

--all while ensuring every touchpoint reflects Za'ta's identity and voice.

Your job is to

turn strategy into action

: making sure every campaign, post, and ad not only looks great but delivers measurable results. From boosting brand awareness to attracting new customers and building loyalty, you'll be the one translating Za'ta's story into real growth across all digital channels.

Your Impact



You'll be the one making sure Za'ta's story reaches people--not just in our restaurants, but on their screens, in their feeds, and in their inboxes.

Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across

Meta

,

TikTok

, and

Google Ads

to drive brand awareness and customer growth Track and analyse campaign performance with

Google Analytics

ad dashboards

social insights

, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations Manage and schedule

social media content

across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, keeping every post on-brand and engaging Research and identify

keywords

audience insights

to refine targeting and improve visibility Build and manage

, from welcome journeys to loyalty and reactivation campaigns Coordinate and oversee

influencer

About You



At least

2-4 years

of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in food, lifestyle, or retail Skilled with

Meta Ads Manager

,

Google Ads

,

TikTok

,

Google Analytics

, and

CRM tools

Comfortable with

Excel/Google Sheets

for reporting and budget tracking, and have an eye for aesthetics--able to create visuals in

Canva

,

Figma

, or

Adobe

when needed Strong eye for detail and branding: you know when a post feels on-brand, a caption feels human, or a colour feels right Proactive, fast-moving, and excited to turn ideas into real campaigns Most importantly: you believe in food with soul--and you understand what Za'ta is all about
