Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B marketing and digital strategies, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively. This role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Nitra's vision, mission, and growth objectives.

- Build and enhance Nitra's brand identity as a leading vegan food brand across global and local markets.

- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, PR, trade shows, and in-store promotions).

- Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data-driven insights.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and website content.

- Create compelling content that highlights Nitra's products, quality, and wellness benefits.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

- Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and expand the consumer base in B2C and B2B markets.

- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new products.

-Controlling of Design of product packaging, labelling, and promotional materials that reflect Nitra's values of health, sustainability, and authenticity.

- Build partnerships with retailers, distributors, health and wellness influencers, and vegan communities.

- Represent Nitra Foods at industry events, trade fairs, and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

- Manage and mentor the marketing team and external agencies.

- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

Skills and education:



Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably within Food Wholesaler, food, or health/wellness sectors). Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinker with a passion for plant-based, sustainable living. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-50,500.00 per year
