Location Central London: Hybrid for 2 days a week

Our client is a global business with over 500 head office staff that focus on fashion and sportswear for several key big-name sports and fashion retailers and are looking for Marketing Manager to work in partnership and help their clients tell the world about the products they have produced for them. Selling B2C the role will be to plan and run marketing activities (like ads, emails, social media posts, and events and make sure everything can be done to make these products market aware , it's a new role and one that is very very exciting



Your Main Tasks



Make a plan for how you'll promote the company's products and get more customers.

Run marketing campaigns -- this means creating ads, writing emails, posting on social media, organising events, and more.

Manage the budget -- decide how much money to spend on each activity and make sure it's used wisely.

Work with designers, customers and agencies to create things like posters, videos, and online ads.

Do research -- learn about customers and competitors to improve our marketing.

Create content -- write blog posts, emails, social media updates, and other materials.

Track results -- measure how well campaigns are doing and look for ways to improve.

Work with key collaborating retailers -- to make sure all are working toward the same goals.

Keep our brand consistent -- make sure everything that's promoted and shared looks and sounds like the company.

Stay up to date -- learn about new marketing tools and trends.



Skills You'll Need - What we are looking for ( an shopping list of must haves )



4-7 years working in retail product marketing (either in sportswear or fashion clothing) Experience running successful campaigns - and a good set of examples to show success . Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing) Experience working with external partners. Knowledge of the UK And European markets A passion for sport and fashion Comfortable working with numbers and data. Good at writing and communicating clearly. Able to manage several projects at once. Experience with online marketing tools (like Google Ads, HubSpot, or social media platforms) Experience working with marketing automation / CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) Creative and willing to try new ideas. Some experience leading or mentoring others is helpful
