Role Overview


We're looking for a talented

Marketing Manager

with a flair for

design, photography, and digital marketing

to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative instincts with solid marketing fundamentals, translating Bijou's brand into striking visual content and effective digital strategy.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive, detail-oriented B2B marketer who can balance creativity with commercial awareness and bring fresh ideas to a fast-growing, internationally distributed wine brand.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the creation of visual and digital content across campaigns, trade marketing and brand communications. Implement Bijou's digital presence, including website management, social media, and email marketing. Develop and implement digital campaigns that engage both trade and consumer audiences. Analyse marketing performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy. Support sales teams with compelling visual assets, presentations, and promotional materials. Manage and implement attendance and stand design at key trade fairs. Update Bijou's wine labels, occasionally creating new products and ranges. Manage photography and video projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence. Maintain and evolve Bijou's brand identity, ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Skills & Experience



Degree level education (2:1 or above) in Marketing, Communications, Design, or an Arts/Humanities discipline. A

CIM qualification

(Chartered Institute of Marketing) or equivalent is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong grounding in marketing principles. Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Canva. Strong presentation skill are required. Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms. Strong communication skills/written, visual and verbal - with impeccable attention to detail. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of, or passion for,

wine, food, and the luxury lifestyle sector

. Experience in photography, videography or art direction is advantageous.
