We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance our market presence, engage our target audience, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility. Oversee project management for various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is relevant and engaging. Execute Google Ads campaigns, analysing performance metrics to maximise ROI. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Craft compelling copy for various platforms, newsletters, including email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content. Manage social media teams , creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on campaign performance. Leverage Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behaviour, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication skills.

Requirements



Proven experience in a marketing management role with a focus on B2B marketing. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices. Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress is essential. Experience managing Google Ads campaigns is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Exceptional copywriting abilities with a flair for creative content creation. Demonstrated experience in social media management across various platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A background in IT would be advantageous but not essential. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
