WOWlist.co.uk is a growing platform that helps Londoners decide how to spend their free time, bringing together the best of London in one simple, curated list.

We're a small, ambitious team with big plans to change how people discover what to do in London. We're building a brand that cuts through the noise -- clear, thoughtful, and genuinely useful.

We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketer who's ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real impact. You'll develop and execute marketing programmes that grow our reach, drive engagement, and deepen our connection with Londoners.

You'll have both creative and strategic freedom -- the chance to work across a wide range of marketing areas, from brand strategy and content creation to campaign management and user growth. It's a broad role that balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll:

Lead the marketing strategy and manage day-to-day execution. Build brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement programmes. Refine and develop brand messaging, including writing and producing email and content marketing materials. Design, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth. Develop a deep understanding of our audience -- Londoners looking for meaningful, exciting ways to spend their free time. Work closely with the Product Manager to advise on site improvements that boost engagement. Own budgets, agency relationships, and partnerships to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of marketing experience with consumer-facing brands.

Experience working across both traditional and digital channels.

Strong strategic thinking -- able to connect goals to actionable plans, balancing short- and long-term priorities.

A sharp focus on ROI and performance.

Exceptional writing skills -- clear, concise, and persuasive communication.

Creative problem-solving -- you look for new ways to make an impact rather than doing things how they've always been done.

Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage complex projects and deadlines.

Customer-focused mindset -- you understand Londoners' lifestyles and what inspires them.

Some PR experience would be a bonus.

This is a remote role, with occasional meetings in London about twice a month.
