We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager with 10+ years of strategic marketing experience to lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

What can you bring to Banham?

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.


Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.


Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and contribute to evolving our brand positioning as we head toward the 2026 re-brand.


Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI


Team Leadership: Mentor and lead direct reports, fostering collaboration, creativity, and growth.


Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities.


Performance Marketing and Reporting: Develop, track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools with agencies and team.


Agency Management: Support the management of PR agencies and contribute to campaign development

What we are looking for (The Must Have's)

10+ years' marketing experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role Experience working on a luxury or premium brand in the UK market Proven ability to lead and empower teams, fostering growth and collaboration Strong strategic thinker with a track record of executional excellence Experience managing ATL and BTL communications Experienced in leading agencies Strong background in product launch strategy and execution Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing Experience with performance marketing campaigns and lead generation Excellent leadership, communication and project management capabilities Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI Collaborative, highly organised, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent storyteller and communicator, able to inspire internal and external stakeholders

It would also be great if you have:

An Understanding and experience working with British heritage brands. Experience supporting or overseeing PR agency management and campaigns (also reflected in responsibilities). Experience launching new products
