The Health & Safety Group is an established national provider of training services to the healthcare and education sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to

work from our head office in Chiswick

(W4 5YF), so an easy commute is essential.

We are seeking a passionate and driven marketing professional with

strong copywriting ability and a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles.



This role requires a strong foundation in traditional marketing and copywriting, so candidates whose experience is primarily in digital marketing, social media management, or web development only may not be a suitable fit.

Duties:



Work closely with the Managing Director to support the company's marketing goals and objectives. Write clear, engaging copy for a wide range of marketing channels, including print materials, advertisements, email campaigns, websites and other communications. Research market trends, demographics and other relevant information to help support the development of marketing plans. Manage inbound leads and outbound communications through the CRM system, including calls and emails. Provide fact-checking, copy-editing and formatting support for mailers, coupons, website content and other promotional materials. Assist with maintaining the company's social media presence as part of the overall marketing activity

(not a specialist social media role).

Enter marketing data into spreadsheets and prepare reports for the Directors. Organise and assist with the production of marketing materials. Help plan and organise company exhibitions and events (up to six per year across the UK).

Person Specification:



Marketing experience essential (minimum 3-years). Experience working in the healthcare or education markets desirable. Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills. A high level of attention to detail. Social media proficient. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good organisational skills.
Applicants must have full UK working rights. Sponsorship is not available. The role requires full-time attendance at our Chiswick office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
