Marketing Manager

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

Marketing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
Our client is the UK's leading PropTech platform, empowering estate agents to win more instructions, unlock market insights, and maximise the value of their CRM.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the in-house marketing team. Reporting directly to a CMO, this role is perfect for a content-driven marketing generalist eager to take ownership and grow.
You'll have the chance to shape campaigns, manage Hubspot email flows, launch new features, and create engaging content that drives pipeline growth and builds community relationships. This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, and it's ideal for a T-shaped marketer with a content, product marketing, or CRM background who enjoys working across the full marketing mix.
Flexibility is important to us -- while this is a full-time role, we're open to flexible hours or a 4-day working week for the right person.
Key Responsibilities

  • Visual content production: Linkedin carousels, product videos, newsletters, blogs and other marketing materials
  • Setting up email flows and CRM management (Hubspot)
  • Coordinate with freelancers and influencers to deliver projects
  • Working closely with sales, customer success and product to deliver new product launches: messaging and promotional materials
  • Campaigns - both paid and organic via PPC, Linkedin, partnerships and influencer marketing
  • Delivering the quarterly marketing plan to drive new business
  • Setting up processes, tracking and reporting to help grow the marketing function
  • Experiment with new channels and approaches to help generate leads and drive enterprise relationships
About You
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with proven impact on pipeline growth.
  • Strong background in content creation, product launches, or campaign execution.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (SMB and Enterprise level).
  • Excellent writing skills and a sharp understanding of what resonates with audiences.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in setting up efficient processes.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of PropTech.
  • A dynamic, collaborative environment where your work makes a direct impact.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with flexible arrangements available
