Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and customer experience initiatives across the full funnel. You will drive qualified demand, maximise occupancy, and elevate the resident experience across our portfolio.

What You'll Do



Lead digital channels: SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, email/SMS, affiliates and influencers. Create persona?led campaigns for students, young professionals, corporates and flexible?stay residents. Manage automation journeys from lead capture through to onboarding and retention. Optimise property microsites, landing pages and A/B tests. Produce analytics dashboards and improve ROAS, cost?per?booking and conversion. Drive Google reviews, referrals and community engagement.

What You'll Bring



Experience across performance marketing channels. Strong CRM and automation capabilities, with required proficiency in HubSpot. Data?driven, with strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and creative briefing skills, plus a relevant bachelor's degree and professional training or certifications.

Success Measures



Lead?to?booking conversion ROAS & cost?per?booking Occupancy & RevPAU Review volume & NPS App engagement (MAU/DAU)
