Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Marketing:
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media and traditional channels by creating engaging and professional content that aligns with our brand messaging.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, drive engagement, and effectively promote the brand.
Monitor analytics, assess performance, and adapt strategies to optimise results.
Design and create innovative content for social media, e-brochures, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials and platforms.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing initiatives and enhance company visibility.
Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Brand Management & Communications:
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all platforms and materials.
Develop strong relationships with partners, media outlets, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Manage external vendors and agencies to support marketing efforts as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
? Proven experience in a marketing management role
? Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
? Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with attention to detail.
? Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
? Ability to analyse marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
