Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing function across Xcel Health. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing strategies that drive brand growth, patient acquisition, service awareness, and commercial performance across the group. The Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing, content, social media, brand management, and campaign delivery, working closely with the Sales & Commercial Manager, clinic leaders, and senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with execution in a fast-growing healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth, revenue targets, and service expansion.
Translate commercial objectives into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to marketing and creative team members.
Manage marketing priorities, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Brand, Content & Creative Oversight:
Ensure consistent application of Xcel Health's brand identity across all platforms and materials.
Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic, written, and video content for: Website, Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube), Podcasts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Approve creative outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and clinical standards.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts across the website, SEO, social media, and online AD campaigns.
Monitor and analyse key marketing performance metrics, including: Reach, engagement, conversions, and lead generation
Use data and insights to optimise campaigns, content, and channels.
Work closely with sales and operations to improve patient flow, referrals, and service uptake.
Social Media & Community Growth
Own the group's social media strategy, ensuring platforms are actively managed and strategically grown.
Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.
Ensure timely, professional responses to online engagement and feedback.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with: Sales & Commercial Manager, Clinic managers, operational leaders. and Executive leadership
Support business development initiatives, service launches, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding.
Contribute to leadership discussions and provide regular marketing performance updates.
Qualifications & Experience Essential:
Proven experience in a marketing leadership or management role (3-5 years)
Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
Desirable
:
Experience in healthcare, professional services, or multi-site businesses.
Working knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, and analytics tools.
Experience overseeing graphic design, video, and multimedia production.
Familiarity with podcast, video, and social content production workflows.
